Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicants for the Uganda Revenue Authority Domestic Taxes Officer jobs should possess Bachelor’s degrees in Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Education, or any other relevant field from a recognized academic institution
Professional qualifications in any of the areas of Taxation Administration, Accounting or Information systems audit are desired
Specialised training in any of the areas of customer care, data analysis, audit, fraud examination, or project management
At least three years’ experience in the areas of service delivery, audit, debt collection, enforcement or field operations
Knowledge of Uganda Tax Laws
Excellent communication skills
Possess good customer care skills
Ability to work well in teams
Possess an impeccable record of integrity
Good reporting skills
Demonstrated ability to teach communities with a variety of clients
Good computer skills
Excellent research skills
Highly analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent Inter-personal relationship skills
Age: Between 28-38 years
