It would have been much more effective using the systems already in place - from LC1, NIRA, EFRIS, NEFRIS DEFRIS etc. Public Service is already digitized, Banks are digitized. We just needed 10 years of creating awareness on why census is important, accrued benefits and putting necessary systems in place.

The Early childhood Knowledge and Skills Enhancement Center(TEKSEC) has mobilized a cadre of well trained nursery teachers and nutritionists for home schooling program for 2-6years under very strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The program will start from 9:00am-11:00am ; 45 minutes of play time.

Guardian Angel Pre-school and DayCare Center Rubaga started its half term holiday today Wednesday 18th March,2020 and was to resume on Monday 23th March 2020 but now it will be sometime in April.

Wednesday was sunny, full of merry making, icecreaming and we crowned it all up by watching a movie.

Guardian Angel Pre-school and DayCenter is very cautious of the COVID-19 pandemic and has been observing very strict measures to keep the children safe by frequent hand washing and sanitizing.

We wish all parents, friends, well wishers and our dear pupils a safe break .God is in control!
