Today marks a new beginning for many at Ndejje University as our new students and continuing students officially report for the 2026/2027 academic year!

Our students were warmly welcomed by the Vice Chancellor, Rev. Canon Prof. Olivia Nassaka Banja, alongside the Guild leadership led by Guild President Main Campus, H.E Billy Katongole.

In her welcome message, the Vice Chancellor expressed gratitude to parents and guardians for entrusting Ndejje University with their children and encouraged students to embrace this new chapter with commitment, discipline, faith and purpose. She also prayed with and for the students as they begin their academic journey.

To the entire Ndejje University fraternity, welcome back from industrial training, recess, vacation and holidays! To our continuing students, welcome back home, and to our new students, welcome to the Ndejje family, where the fear of God brings knowledge and wisdom.

As we begin a new chapter, may this academic year bring fresh energy, growth and outstanding achievements. The Guild Government promises a semester full of action towards enhancing student welfare holistically.

The Vice Chancellor Ndejje University Ndejje University, Rev. Canon. Prof Olivia Banja, presented a gift to the Nabagereka of Buganda, Her Royal Highness Sylvia Nagginda. The Nabagereka was the Chief Guest at the ongoing Provincial Assembly being held at Uganda Christian University

Ndejje University proud to join FAWE Uganda and the Mastercard Foundation at the Uganda Petroleum Institute Kigumba (UPIK) for the Higher Education Access Program (HEAP) Bursary Award Ceremony.

Led by Academic Registrar Dr. Mary Wanda Mutyaba, our delegation celebrated bright scholars including young women in STEM, refugees, and persons with disabilitiesreceiving transformative higher education bursaries to study at Ndejje University and other Institutes

At Ndejje University, we re-dedicate ourselves to widening access, championing gender equity, and providing holistic student support as we continue to Teach the Nation.
