PRAYER FOR GOOD FRIDAY

Lord Jesus Christ, Lamb of God, Savior of the World, God Most High Who Seek the Lost Children of Adam and Eve, You saw and found us up on that Cross, and we look up and saw You. Thank You for Your Sacrifice, You saved us from the power of death and sin.

Now Lord, cure our pains and achings, bring us into full healing. We wish to remain under Your Cross and shower in Your Most Precious Blood, so that we will become Yours. Keep us safe and worthy until the time that we will approach Your glorious throne as King, and invite us into Your Kingdom, together with Your family. AMEN.

Happy Easter to all our beloved brother and sister in Christ Jesus as we celebrate the risen Christ, let open our hearts to forgive one another, pray and offer charitable donations to the poor.God bless you

INCASE YOU MISSED JANET MUSEVENI'S (Minister Of Education & Sports) SPEECH. Here are 10 key points she addressed

1. The 30 days will end on April 20th. The govt will inform you on the opening date. If all goes according to plan.

April 27th, 2020 to June 12th, 2020 - 1st term
June 22nd to September 4th - 2nd term

2. There will be no formal tests or exams at the end of term one. All the time must be used for teaching-learning. Cumulative end of topic-based results should be used on the end of term report

3. All online examinations are suspended until we are out of this crisis. Holidays will be shorter to cover for lost time.

4.Some Universities are offering online examinations in this period yet some students do not have the required facilities and money to them. We have therefore decided that all these examinations be suspended until we are out of this crisis - Janet Museveni

5. When schools reopen it will be a continuation of term one so no extra fees. No tests at the end of term one. That time should be used for studying. Candidates will do one mock examination. External mocks are banned.

6. All educational institutions not allowed to levy any extra fees following the resumption of education programs in the current school term.

7. Teachers are requested to use the recess to prepare for the term. Learners should use the time to revise their past work.

7.Parents at home should involve learners in the different activities to improve their skills like teaching them how to cook, digging plus many others.

9. I also encourage parents and guardians to work together in the best interests of the children while they are home. In the spirit of togetherness let us help each other in the community to take care of the children.

10. This disaster will suddenly test us but will teach us things we shall always remember. With God, no obstacle is so big. We have a lot to be thankful to God for. Our numbers are still low and we haven't lost anyone.
