In the last 6 years, Government has enabled over 8000 financially constrained Ugandan students to access Higher Education (Undergraduate Diplomas & Degrees) through the Student Loan Scheme, managed by Higher Education Students Financing Board.

They have been able to apply for accredited programmes from Higher Institutions accredited by National Council for Higher Education, Uganda.

This Academic year 2019/2020, 3000 more students will benefit.
