THE PROPHECY OF THE NEW UGANDA 1979

In 1979, during the reign of Yusuf Lule, who had been in office for one month, I was shown a prophecy of the future of Uganda. The prophecy was from a Pastor in exile in Kenya after President Idi Amin had abolished all religions and beliefs.

After Idi Amin’s directive, Mr. Mungoma a born again pastor fled to Kenya for the safety of his family and his life. While fasting and praying for the future of Uganda, Ps. Mungoma received a prophecy. He wrote it down and sent it to one of his prayer partners in Uganda. His prayer partner (my sister) showed me the prophecy.

At the time, I was 27 years old and wasn’t born again. I typed the prophecy and showed it to my workmates. They argued saying that God doesn’t talk to people like that, while others said they’d wait and see if the prophecy would come to pass.

Over the years, the person who showed me the prophecy forgot about it and I lost the typed prophecy, but I kept the word of God in my heart, waiting on God to prove His word.

Below is the 1979 prophecy of the future of Uganda until the return of Christ.

I am the Alpha and Omega, the first and the last.
I choose Uganda among the gentiles the same way I chose my nation Israel.
I am coming back with a sickle to remove the chaff from the grain.
I am going to make Uganda new and great.
1. Do not rejoice that you have a president. You are going to have many presidents until the day I appoint my own president. He will be under my guidance and every instruction he gets will be straight from me.

So far we have had six (6) presidents;
• Yusuf Lule
• Godfrey Lukongwa Binaisa
• Paulo Mwanga
• Apollo Milton Obote
• Tito Okello Lutwa
• HE. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni

2. There will be a lot bloodshed. Many problems and wars will arise (Liberation war, Alice Lakwena, Kony etc).

3. There will be many diseases that will rise, diseases you have never heard about (HIV epidemic, cancer etc)

4. There will be low yields, poor rains and draughts causing hunger.

5. There will be earthquakes of great magnitude (1993 Kabarole earthquake)

6. Lastly, I am going to shake the country starting with my own house the church, then I’ll shake the government.

• When I shake the church, big and prominent pastors will fall, they will abandon the church and they won’t want to hear anything about the church.

• I will go ahead and work with those that will remain. I will scatter them into the whole world to preach the gospel. Some won’t know how to preach, but when they step in a nation, that nation will be transformed because of the anointing in Uganda.

• I will change the sol in Uganda, the land will be fertile. People will start farming and the other nations will come to Uganda to buy food, fruits, oil, gold and other minerals. Many nations will be hit by draught and they will run to Uganda. I’ll make this country rich.

• People will run from all the nations of the world to get part of the anointing in Uganda. Robbers, thieves, prostitutes, those who practice witchcraft and all the others will give their lives to Christ because of this anointing.

• The last will be first and the first will be last. Uganda will be called a Holy land. The whole world will hear about Uganda, they will be envious, they will ask among themselves saying “How did Uganda reach this point?”

• Then I will come back to take my saints.

I received this prophecy 40 years ago. At the time, I was 27 years and I’m currently 67 years old.
