Hope is the beacon which points to prosperity.
Whatever it takes to find the real you, don't be daunted if the rest of the world looks on in shock.
Don't compare your life to others. There's no comparison between the sun and the moon, they shine when it's their time.

It is time for us to stand and cheer for the doer, the achiever, the one who recognizes the challenge and does something about it.
Don't downgrade your dream just to fit your reality, upgrade your conviction to match your destiny.
Don't wait. Life goes faster than you think.

Most of us are pretentious about what we have and ignorant towards what we really need. We thrive when given attention and crave the need to feel important. Sometimes, when we don't have it our way, we complain and blame it on life.

If you think your life is bad, I can guarantee you there are people out there who have it much worse then you and still manage to smile. You'll only truly be happy, when you filter out the toxicity, defocus on the bad memories and only focus on how lucky you are that your life is still better than millions of people.

You want more? No problem. Set a goal and work relentlessly towards achieving it. Everyday is a new opportunity that you'll never get again. Time is your most precious pocession. Don't waste it.

Ultimately when you do achieve your dreams don't forget those who helped you pave your path for success, who saw you when you felt invisible and heard you when no one else did Nice weekend 😊

*A LEADER*

*A leader is a servant to all. If you don't have a heart to serve others without looking for reward, you are not a leader*

*If you can't withstand criticism and you can't withstand and survive the havoc of hate speech, you are not a leader .*

*If you don't have the power of forgiving and forgetting, you are not a leader.*

*If you stop doing good because nobody recognizes your kind gesture, you are not a leader*

If you see your followers making mistakes, but you keep quiet saying, "If they don't call me for advice, I will allow them learn by experience." Your attitude depicts that *you are not a leader*

Do you have the *Pull them Down syndrome?* When you see someone doing better than you, what do you do, encourage or pull them down?

A genuine leader should not desire the downfall of his followers who are better than him.

If you close doors for your subordinates because you are afraid they will be far better than you, *you are not a leader*.

If you don't produce your kind. You are the only champion doing great and mighty things, *you are not a leader*.
Never forget that every good leader must have a better successor.

*As a leader, you must feed on knowledge.* Don't be stagnant, improve yourself so you can make impact.

*As a leader, be a ladder for others to climb to the top.* Don't pull them down. Your desire should be to make your followers better than yourself.

*Be humble,* let them learn from your mistakes. Do not watch them grope in darkness when you can guide them as a light.

*A leader should be compassionate.* How can you be comfortable when your followers are living in abject poverty?

*A leader should have the heart of a father.* A father leads and ensures his family is safe. *A good leader should provide for his own people sacrificially without using them for his personal agenda.*

*A leader should have the heart of a mother.* When the child is sick, the mother runs helter skelter to ensure his quick recovery.

Why do you pretend you don't know your followers are suffering?

*A leader should not allow evil people to make him wicked. No matter how good you are, some people will not like you. *

*A leader should not allow evil to prevail in the land because of his personal interest.*

Do what is right for conscience sake and leave the rest.

*A leader should not be partial in judgement. We need leaders who can be fair in judgement.*

*Be a voice to the voiceless in the society without fear nor favors. Treat the rich and the poor alike with love and kindness.*

Do you have the loving heart of a leader?

You are probably wondering this article is meant for our leaders over there.

You are wrong, It is meant for you. I mean you that is reading it now.

*You are a leader in your own sphere of influence*

You wonder, "Really, I don't think so. I am just a follower."

You are far from the truth. Believe it or not, you are a leader.

You might be under training but know that you are a leader all the same.

In your business, you are a leader. Start making impact from there.

Remember charity begins at home.

In your business, be a great leader.

Wherever you are placed to watch over people, please be a good leader.

Don't just be a leader, be a great one.

*Being a leader is a privilege.* Don't misuse it, neither should you take undue advantage of your subordinates.

You are a leader to nurture great minds into fulfilling their destiny.

Remember what is worth doing at all is worth doing well.

I see the spirit of leadership in you, awakening into limelight

*If you want to find a mentor there are 3 things you need to do FIRST!*

1) You must give them something without wanting anything in return. They are not obligated to help you just because they are successful. You yourself should help yourself first. Give first!

2) Don’t be afraid to ask. If you don’t ask, you don’t get. But you must ask them nicely. Don’t feel like they should mentor you just because they are in a position to do so.

3) And don’t expect them to do everything for you. They will teach you what you need to know. The only help you to the way you want to go, but you must do the work and must have effort FIRST.

Having a mentor is only a shortcut to success if you put in your EFFORT. So, if you’re looking for a mentor because you’re lazy, you can forget about finding someone to mentor you.

Nice week

Don't wait for things to get better. Life will always be complicated. Learn to be happy right now otherwise you'll run out of time. Be kind, be fair, be honest, be true and all of these things will come back to you. Always remember what goes around comes around. Never be afraid to try something new. Amateurs built the ark while professionals built the titanic. You can't stop the waves but you can learn to surf. It's your choice.

*HOW TO HARVEST MONEY FROM LOCAL CHICKEN*

Start with 20 chicken in June 2020 and by the end of twelve months you'll have over 300 local chicken!!!

For those seeking information on local hens, here is a personal analysis, from experience.

If you started with 20 hens. At the end of the 12 months, you can easily have 300+ chickens as long as you put your effort into it!

This is how:
Buy 20 hens that are ready to lay and 3 mature c***s.
Always keep the ratio of males to females at 1 c**k to 7-10 females for fertilization purposes. That way you're sure your eggs are fertilized.

Month 1, they lay.
Month two they hatch.
Month 3 they rear their chicks.

Once the chicks are one month old, they don't need their mothers for warmth. So withdraw the mother when the chicks are one month old (at the end of calendar month 3) and rear the chicks yourself till they are 2.5 months old before you let them on their own (free range)!

This is meant to force the hen to start laying again. We are doing business and not letting nature take its course!

Month 4, the hens take what we call a "Laying break" to adopt to not having their chicks!

Month 5, the hens start to lay again.
Month 6, they hatch again.
Month 7, they rear the chicks (process repeats itself)!

Withdraw the mother at the end of month 7.
Month 8, they are on the laying break.
Month 9 they lay again.
Month 10 they hatch.
Month 11, they rear.

Withdraw mother at end of month 11.

Month 12, they take the break, waiting for month 1 of the next year to start over again.

A few things to note:
1. You can only practically do this up to 5 times for one hen before it is retired.

2. For every cycle, if you stay strict to the process, you get a week accrued for every hatching cycle because hens hatch after 21 days and in the post, I assumed a month for that. So you might squeeze a one month for the hens.

3. Put 8 eggs for every hen to hatch. In most cases, they'll hatch the entire 8 eggs, and for the poor hatchers, they'll hatch 7.

Don't be greedy it has a good chance of hatching all 8 of them as opposed to doing 10+ and end up "spoiling" eggs!

4. If you take care of the chicks in a closed environment away from stray cats and other predators, you should have 5 mature hens for every hatch-cycle, per hen.

5. If you manage to get 5 hens for the 8 eggs hatched and you had 20 hens, you'll have 100 new hens for the first cycle.

There are three cycles for every hen per year. That's a good 300 new birds. Plus your local 20 hens, you have 320. Let's just say 300 for the sake of it.

6. By the way, by the time the hen is hatching for the third time in the year, the first batch of chicks will be ready to start hatching too.

7. Assuming 50/50 for c***s and " layers"!
So you have 150 c***s, and 150 layers!

8. If you sell 100 mature birds at the market,
it is way better than trying to win a sports bet.

In all this, you gotta put your mind, effort, money and most importantly, time to it.

Don't look at the work right now, look at the end product.
A local hen lays 15-18 eggs before wanting to hatch again, if well taken care of that is.

Let's say 15 eggs, give it 8 eggs to hatch and sell the other 7 eggs x 20 hens x 300/= per egg, that's some 42,000/= ugx to buy Yaka tokens.
Always make sure you give the hen the "newest" eggs for hatching.
Eggs 15 days old have a 20% chance to hatch, 12 day old eggs have a 30% hatch rate.

Eggs 10 days old have a 50% hatch chance.
If it is 7 days, it shoots to 80%. Less than 7 days have a 90+% chance to hatch unless conditions like temperature and humidity fluctuate.

After hens hatch 5 times, sell them and rear the newer ones. For those with bigger space, do paddocks for easier identification of ages for sale.
Always maintain your "floor stock" at 300 hens and 50 c***s for easier management and space.
With this, you'll find out that you're collecting 200 eggs every day X 30 days = 6000 eggs less 2500 for hatching, you sell 3500 eggs every 4 months.
That's 1,050,000/= ugx in 4 months.
If you sell 500 hens, 250 c***s and 250 layers, at an average worst price of local 20,000/= ugx , that is 10,000,000/= per year.

Plus returns from eggs 55 X 3 cycles totals 14,525,000/= ugx a year. Local hens only take about 20-25% of budget. Pocket the rest 10,885,000/= ugx Average 875,000/= a month and you don't wake up at 5 to go to work to come back home at 10 PM hence more time for family.
Well, this is theory. The practicals have much more fun and some hardships. But it's fun doing locals. And the money is tax free. Unless you feel charitable enough to give to the government. Make it a side hustle and soon it will turn full time.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: FEED them, WATER them, VACCINATE them, and give them MEDICATION at first sight of symptoms of illness. I can't stress that enough. Have fun farming people!!! Please no unemployment crisis, explore your ability.

SOME THINGS ARE NEVER DONE

1. Never take your parents to court regardless of the value of the property involved. If God wanted you to have that property, you would have been born with it.
2. Never repossess what you once gave a parent.
3. Never interrogate parents regarding WHAT THEY DID with the last money you gave them. You can find out wisely. But once you realise it may raise issues, leave it at that.
4. Never lecture parents regarding their apparent weaknesses. You have not outlived them. And you haven't lived long enough.
5. A parent may take you to court, repossess what he gave you, interrogate you and even lecture you.
6. WISE PEOPLE CAN STAND A PARENT'S SPIT ON THEIR FACES. THEY KNOW IT'S A BLESSING IN
DISGUISE.
7. You will never be rich enough to do a parent any favour. All you do for them is a privilege of service. They birthed you but you can never birth them. You simply cannot pay them in kind!!!
8. IF YOU CAN BUY LIFE, THEN YOU CAN LECTURE FATHERS & MOTHERS REGARDING THE HELP YOU HAVE GIVEN them.

9 Parents are treasure on this land and sooner than you think, that treasure will be buried. Appreciate your parents while you still can.

Today lets make lots of prayers for our beloved parents.

I FOUND IT SOMEWHERE AND I THOUGHT IT IS WORTH SHARING
