Yesterday, our learners joined in a colourful and engaging Fruit Day celebration, discovering the importance of including fruits in a healthy and balanced diet. Through the activity, they learned about the different types of fruits, their nutritional benefits, and how healthy eating supports growth, learning and overall wellbeing.
