Speaking at our 15th Graduation Ceremony, Hon. Tanna challenged the Class of 2026 to shift from job-seeking to problem-solving. He reminded us that while government creates the enabling environment, private sector entrepreneurs build the jobs and that starts with you.

His personal story of resilience his family staying in Uganda during the 1972 expulsion proves that true success is built on courage, not convenience.
