The VUYSA Research Induction Training is an initiative designed to inspire and nurture young scientists, with a primary focus on developing health research skills among VUYSA members. Organized by Victoria University and VUYSA (Victoria University Young Scientists Association), the training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to explore and excel in the field of scientific research. The program's objectives include fostering an interest in research and guiding young scientists in the health and medical sectors.

The training will cover several critical areas, including an introduction to research methodologies, different forms of research, and the importance of scientific research in healthcare. Participants will also learn about translating research findings into health products and services. The event will be facilitated by Mr. Ntale Paulo, a QC Analyst with a Master's in Pharmaceutical Analysis, and moderated by Wojjo William. Scheduled for December 19, 2024, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, the session will be held online via Google Meet, accessible using the code "hei-fykm-pwy."
