8000 teachers through G*T, connected over 500 unemployed teachers. We have a reading approach called RICA-READING IMPLEMENTATION COMPASS APPROACH that we use to promote reading among all teachers. Our #G*T workshops were recommended by our MoES in 2018. Our belief: Education which doesn't give us last solutions on how to make informed choices or fight poverty strategically leads us to fight each other and blame others. Education which doesn't make an impact in the life of a teacher can never create a lasting impact in the lives of the learners we teach. We believe in collaboration and partnerships since we can't do it alone and we have worked with a number of partners Help Rising Star Org, Ministry of Education and Sports Uganda, World Vision Uganda, KCCA, UNATU, Bank of Uganda, Uganda Revenue Authority, American Centre Kampala, Various teachers associations, over 500 private and public schools all over Uganda.
