The Administrative secretary will be responsible for;

1) Providing direct administrative support to the school principal or superintendent and other assigned staff.

2) Ordering office supplies and equipment and distributing interoffice communications.

3) Scheduling appointments, answering phones, opening & distributing school mails and giving administrative support to teachers and school officials.

4) Maintaining school records on students and filing school documents.

Degree Required:
A diploma in any administrative course or any other related field.
A degree in an administrative course or any other related field is an added advantage.

Key Skills:
Organizational skills, computer skills, communication skills, Office or clerical skills etc.
