Kampala Community International Preschool Kampala Community International Preschool is a progressive early child development center for children ages 18 months-5 years.

Our center emphasizes the importance of learning through a play-based, child-centered curriculum. At KCIP, we see each child as an individual. We are back! 🌱✨

Here are a few moments captured in our Pre-K classrooms at KCIP, where learning is purposeful, meaningful, and rooted in play.

Our Morning Meeting is an important part of the day. It helps set a respectful, purposeful, and connected tone for learning. Children greet one another, share important information, and take part in group experiences such as games, songs, learning new skills, and interacting with their partners.

Through our teacher-led sessions, children are supported to develop a wide range of skills. One key focus is language development, where children are encouraged to listen, communicate, and confidently express their ideas, feelings, and thoughts.

At KCIP, our Play with Purpose approach creates opportunities for children to learn, explore, communicate, and grow through meaningful experiences.
