Qualifications:
♢ Grade III teacher or higher. Having any real talent and being A Born Again Christian is an added advantage.
♢ Teaching experience of not less than 3 years.

Duties,Roles, and Responsibilities:
☆ Prepare SoW, lesson plans, instructional materials, daily routine reports.
☆ Effectively deliver content for those mentioned classes meeting high performance expectations and evaluation guidelines,
☆ Carry out daily assessment of learners including effective implementation of the school REACT and EMF programs.
☆ Get involved in school co-curricular activities including school chapel.
☆ Conducting career guidance and counselling sessions amongst learners.
☆ Learners' talent spotting and nurturing.
☆ Keeping an updated class inventory regularly.
☆ Any other duty that may be assigned by the school authority from time to time.

This is possible because the brains behind the Focus Concept went through a similar process; I remember how the twin paradox theory ignited my thought processes with sparks of great insights,when I was at Makerere university some decades ago.
The twin paradox is a thought experiment in special relativity involving identical twins, one of whom makes a journey into space in a high-speed rocket and returns home to find that the twin brother who remained on Earth has aged more as a consequence of time dilation and the principle of relativity. Specifically, if on the day the spaceship leaves, one of the twins stays on Earth while the other one goes on the journey in the spaceship, they will meet again when the traveller is 6 years old and the stay-at-home twin is 10 years old. This is one of the astounding phenomenon in classical mechanics(theoretical physics). These times I begun perceiving that the twin paradox is embedded with pragmatic fragments in the political realism and idealism.........
