As an institution, SIFA was birthed to provide help and opportunities to nurture musical gifts to serve all spheres of life so that they fulfill their callings/ duties. And so they don’t live out a meaningful and satisfying life full of beautiful expressions. This is mainly because they think that life is all about them or others. So they are selfish and unable to see with perspectives. Also they
lack the excellences that are pivotal to purpose of life itself. So they lack strategic abilities and disciplines to help them translate their resources (soft life skills, relationships, time, giftings, education, learnings, circumstances and experiences) to apply as tools in real life towards a preferred future. These worship skills and disciplines can be acquired and fully utilized mainly through Music intentional mentoring.
