Background

Brother Abdul Jabbar, a REVERT Muslim, died of Covid-19. His wife is unable to pay anything for a funeral.

Brother Hussain, a young man from East London passed away after contracting COVID-19.

Aunty Hawa Harsi, a 94 year old Somalian sister, came to UK in 1992. She lived with her young son. She contracted COVID-19 and passed away.

Brother Moksed Alam, 51 year old, Bangladeshi came to the UK from Holland and passed away after contracting COVID-19. He leaves behind his two young children & wife. His body was left stranded at the cemetery until Muslim Burial Fund team got involved & assisted with the burial.

MBF team assessed all the situations and can confirm they are all in need of our collective help.

We are appealing to everyone to help us raise the funds: £6,800 is needed for all four burials.
Alhamdulillah Total burial costs has been subsidised due to public donations and partners support.
