The official program ended, but no one wanted to leave. This was one of the most beautiful parts of the day, an open, joyful moment of genuine connection. Our children, parents, therapists, and our honoured guests Office of the President Senior Presidential Advisor for Diaspora Affairs ambassador Abbey Walusimbi, representatives from the Eritrean Embassy, and the Eritrean community mingled, laughed, hugged, and talked freely.

No titles. No barriers. Just one inclusive family sharing love and hope. This is what inclusion truly looks like. Thank you for staying, for connecting, and for showing our children that they are seen, valued, and celebrated. You came as guests, you left as family 🫂 .

After the exhibition and performances, we had the honour of hearing from our distinguished visitors.

Office of the President Senior Presidential Advisor for Diaspora Affairs ambassador Abbey Walusimbi, representatives from the Eritrean Embassy, and leaders from the Eritrean community in Uganda shared heartfelt words of encouragement, solidarity, and commitment to inclusion.

Their speeches were more than words they were a promise that every child matters, that disability is not inability, and that when communities come together, inclusion becomes reality.

Thank you for speaking life, hope, and partnership into our Polin8 family. We are deeply honoured by your visit and inspired by your support.

Our children didn't just welcome our guests, they danced their hearts out

In honour of our distinguished guests Office of the President Senior Presidential Advisor for Diaspora Affairs ambassador Abbey Walusimbi, representatives from the Eritrean Embassy, and members of the Eritrean community in Uganda our children put on a vibrant performance of the Maganda, Larakaraka and Kadodi Dances .

Every drum beat, every step, every smile was a statement: We are able. We are proud. We belong.

Thank you to our guests for clapping, cheering, and celebrating our culture with us. The joy on the children's faces said it all

A special highlight of the visit was our exhibition walk-through.

Our honoured guests Office of the President
Senior Presidential Advisor for Diaspora Affairs ambassador Abbey Walusimbi , representatives from the Eritrean Embassy, and members of the Eritrean community in Uganda didn't just hear about our work, they experienced it.

They walked through and celebrated the crafts and projects made by our children across different departments from the tasty creations in Food and Nutrition, to the discoveries in Science, to the colourful masterpieces in Art and Craft.

Every piece told a story. A story of ability, of patience, of inclusion. Proof that when given the right support, every child both neurotypical and neurodiverse can create, can contribute, and can shine.

Thank you for taking the time to see, touch, and appreciate the work of our young stars. Your presence and encouragement mean so much to them.

We were deeply honoured to host Hon. Ambassador Haji Abbey Walusimbi ( Senior Presidential Advisor for Diaspora Affairs) , representatives from the Eritrean Embassy, and members of the Eritrean community in Uganda.

Your visit was more than just a visit it was a message of love, unity, and hope.

Thank you for choosing to stand with us in our mission to support ALL children both neurotypical and neurodiverse, their families and communities. When we join hands across nations and communities, inclusion becomes stronger and our children feel more seen and loved.

Thank you for believing when it was hard to believe. Thank you for celebrating every small step with us. Your love and patience is the reason we celebrate giant leaps .

To our beloved guests, thank you for coming to witness these leaps. Thank you for cheering so loudly for every child. Your presence told our children "You matter, and your steps matter."
