*Director Kasibante Robert* graced the 10th Graduation 🎓 Ceremony at Mengo Vocational Youth Centre and indeed as as SPECIAL GUEST he advised Graduates to put the skills they acquired into practice in order to live independently.

At the occasion, he reminded parents about the need for Vocational and Practical skills in order to produce Job creators.

He commended the Directors and Staff at Mengo Vocational Youth Centre for the work well done.
