Dear Parents and Guardians,
Greetings from Little Sailors Kindergarten and Daycare Centre!
The Corona virus pandemic has greatly impacted on our school activities and the nature of the disease is rapidly changing, it is therefore, imperative that we adopt strict measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in-line with the directives given to us by the Government of Uganda.
As such, schools will remain closed for the foreseeable future. We remain unsure as to when schools will re-open, however we are committed to ensuring our Sailors continue to make academic progress. We will continue to provide additional assignments to enable the Sailors practice with resources easily available at home.
The health and well-being of our staff, children and parents are of utmost importance. We, therefore, encourage you to adhere to the rules and regulations put in place by the Government of Uganda. In addition, Little Sailors is putting health measures in place to curb the spread of infectious diseases once schools are allowed to operate.
We implore you to support your child during this time by assisting them attain the necessary learning tools to keep their minds alert and refreshed. We also urge you to talk to your children about Corona Virus and encourage them to keep distance and practice good hygiene.
We continue to applaud you for the patience and understanding you have shown during these times. We are available to offer any support you might need during this time, in any way we can. Little sailors Kindergarten and Daycare Centre is located in a serene environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city in Kigowa, Ntinda. We have a safe and secure facility with spacious indoor as well as a well maintained outdoor area providing endless opportunities for play and nature exploration sessions.

What Valentines day means to us; we celebrate you,moms, dads,aunties, uncles,all relatives and friends!!!!!

The expo that was!!!

Little sailors kindergarten is a preschool that believes in nurturing a holistic child with learning that cuts across the international and indeginous curriculum and learning framework .
It's value is to make an extension of home where a child feels comfortable in learning ,confidence and interaction.
A number of activities are included in the study plan such as crafts (DIY),junior entrepreneur skills such as hands on activities and backyard gardening.
Swimming.,cheerleaders squad, spelling bee competitions .
The curriculum focuses on language,literacy, numeracy,foreign language, phonics,life skill development and theme studies.
Vocabulary and spellings is our latest addition which is to help children learn how to use a dictionary and also attach meaning to the words they learn ,especially the elementary classes and pre primary.
As an exceptional school the tuition fees covers everything the child needs including first aid insurance and desserts at lunch.
