A proud alumna of Archers League and a student at Kisoro Vision SS, Susan is a passionate debater, author, poet, and youth advocate dedicated to unlocking human potential and inspiring the next generation of African leaders.

As the founder of the Kisoro Junior Debate Tournament and an award-winning debater, she uses the power of words, public speaking, and storytelling to challenge narratives, empower her peers, and create spaces where young people can discover their voices and hidden potential.

It is easy to point out what isn’t working. Pointing out broken systems requires zero courage,but rebuilding them requires strategy, patience, and grit.

​We were not born to merely document the problems of our generation. We were born to solve them. ​Analysis without action is just noise. True leadership moves from identifying what is missing to constructing what is necessary, one brick at a time. The world isn't waiting for more critics; it is desperate for problem solvers who refuse to walk away.

​Don't just analyze the gap. Become the bridge.
