King's International School

Students in year 3/4 spent the last few weeks studying poetry and learning how to write our own poems. Here is their poetry book with their own poems!

Last week was Book Week, and we enjoyed lots of fun activities! It was a great event for the King’s community, bringing everyone together to celebrate books, authors, and illustrators. It was wonderful to see the children so excited and inspired. What a fantastic week for our students!!

Our year 1 and 2 students are fully focused and working hard on addition and subtraction!

Year 5/6 students are learning in topic about the history and origin of pizza. This week, we are preparing all the necessary ingredients to make pizza.

This week, we made tomato sauce, which we will put on the pizza. Students helped by cutting garlic and onions and peeling and chopping tomatoes. Now, the tomato sauce is ready and waiting for the pizza!🍕😋👨🏾‍🍳

Year 3/4 has just finished their science topic on light. Here they are blowing bubbles and using light to see how rainbows are formed! 🌈

This week is Anti-Bullying Week. Today, we’re celebrating what makes us unique by wearing odd socks! 🧦 Our differences make us special, and that’s something to be proud of!

We are all happy and excited to be back after our mid-term break!
