You are invited to a Broadcasters’ Symposium to discuss the 2% levy on broadcaster gross revenue by Uganda Communications Commission at Hotel Africana on Wednesday 13th April 2016 from 10:00am.
Last week, various members of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) received notice to submit their audited financial statements for the last three financial years in order for the Commission to invoice them for payment of the 2% levy on gross revenue.
NAB is the collective voice of Uganda’s radio, television and online broadcasters. It is duly registered as an association and recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Uganda Communications Commission. We serve value to members through advocacy, training and innovation and advance interests of members in regulators, industry, government and public affairs.
