RE: END OF TERM 1 CIRCULAR TO PARENTS – 2018
1:1:1. GREETINGS:
I extend warm greetings to you from the Board of Governors, staff and the entire student’s community of Kasubi Secondary School.
Today, 4th /May /2018, we have come to the end of term one. Thanks to students and teachers who have contributed to the successful completion of the term.
Parents, we are very grateful for your continued support to this institution.

1:1:2. ACADEMIC REPORT
Our students have been engaged in various academic programms as scheduled up to the end of the term and their performance is quite satisfactory. We thank the teachers, students and Parents for their continued cooperation.
Each student has come home with the following official documents which you must get from him or her.
i) A copy of circular letter from Head teacher.
ii) Time table for beginning of term 2 Exams 2018
iii) End of term I progressive report form which must be original and not a photocopy and bears a school stamp.
iv) Bank slips
1:1:3. ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUES
(a) Discipline
On the whole, the student’s discipline is good. I thank the students and urge them to aim at excellent discipline. As a parent or guardian, please continuously counsel your child to be very disciplined and well behaved.
(b) Time management
Students are expected to arrive at school by 7:00am. Early morning lessons begin at 7:00am. The gates are closed at 7:30am therefore encourage your child to manage time effectively.

1:1:4. SCHOOL FEES PAYMENTS
We thank you all for supporting the school through paying school fees. We also thank those parents who pay promptly. Parents are again encouraged to pay fees before the beginning of the term.
School fees structure for term 2 remains the same as that of term I.

2:1:5. BEGINNING OF TERM 2
(i) Term 2 begins on 28th /05/2018 for S.1, S.2 and S.3 classes. And on 21st /05/2018 for S.4, S.5 and S.6 classes.
(ii) Beginning of term 2 Exams start on the same day as indicated on the time table for all classes.
(iii) All school fees defaulters will not be allowed to sit beginning of term 2 Exams before they clear their outstanding dues.

1:1:6. REQUIREMENTS
(i) S.1 – S.4 Photocopying papers – 80gm (ROTATRIM)
(ii) S.5 – S.6 Ruled papers (PICFARE), 500 Sheets
(iii) S.3 – S.4 Scientific calculators
(iv) A graph book for each student
(v) S.6 PCB and BCM Dissecting Kit and Dissecting guide.
NB: All reams of papers will be collected on the first day of the beginning of the term (28th /05/2018). All those without reams of papers will be sent back home on that day.
