💦With socially and emotionally intelligent educators, it means we are building safe, and healthy relationships in every school and are placing sanity at the center of every classroom.

👯We can then envision happier, healthier and whole students and teachers as well as school communities.

🚹We need to think about and essentially ensure that our teachers' social-emotional wellbeing is critically taken care of.

🚺Providing teachers with social a emotional knowledge and competencies will ensure that they remain in their profession longer and are enabled to develop secure, happier and more relational students which rubs on to the parents and translates into entire communities.

📌To Achieve this, we must first acknowledge the inequalities that exist in our education and world in order to arrive at a transformative approach to education and thus make progress.
