Vienna College, Namugongo, is a private co-education institution, it opened its doors to international students early in January 2000.
It rapidly established itself as a haven for senior students from Kenya, Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Europe, the United States and of course, its home setting-Uganda. Vienna College is a home to over four hundred students, most of whom reside on the extensive campus. The focus for their academic education is preparation and participation in the UNEB 'O' level and 'A' level examination programmes. V

Yesterday, Vienna College held a special Dua for our Muslim candidates as they prepare for their upcoming exams. We commit this important season to Allah, the Most Gracious, seeking guidance, strength, and success for each of them.
A proud moment for Vienna College Namugongo as they dominated the recent World Scholars Cup Kampala Round hosted at Acorns Lubowa, delivering truly stellar performances.
Special recognition to Benita Sprytny Mugumya, who emerged as Champion Scholar, and Sserugo Jesse Dean, who secured an impressive third place, alongside many other outstanding performers who made the school shine.
The World Scholars Cup continues to be a stage where great minds meet, challenge themselves, and compete for top honors among exceptional learners from across schools and around the world.

Proud moments of leadership, intellect, and global perspective
Vienna College was honored to be part of the ISU Model United Nations (UGMUN) held on 26th March 2026, where students from leading international and national schools came together to simulate real United Nations proceedings.
From powerful debates on climate change, youth challenges, human rights, indigenous communities, to discussions around the African Union, our delegates showcased confidence, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of global issues.
A special congratulations to Awio-Elem Phaedra Kiara Chloe on being voted Best Emerging Delegate, Kiggundu Abdulrahman Suleiman for presenting an outstanding resolution in the AOIS committee, and Kyomuhendo Noella Paula Joan for her remarkable role as Chair in the UNHCR committee.
Kudos to the entire organizing team, the MUN Club leaders, and Mr. Odeke George for creating such a dynamic platform for growth, collaboration, and meaningful dialogue.
