Rock Community School provides an elementary education to 180 children living in the surrounding villages in the Buikwe District of Uganda.
Rock Community School is located in the south of Uganda. It was founded in 2009, as a part of Rock Community Schools -Uganda, a project of The Rock World Foundation Ministries. In the Buikwe district, a multi-ethnic community with a population of about 78050 where 57% are minors (under 18 years old), RCS provides an elementary education to 180 children living in the surrounding villages. We started school five days back amidst myriad challenges financially. We ask for your kind prayer and support with feeding pupils and maintain teachers. With one penny you can give a kid another day in school. God bless you!

We're grateful for Teach A Man to Fish for the prize we won in SEC 2013. Its been a long way waiting, but finally warming our fingers for a touch. You guys are great in furthering education that pays itself! Thank you so much! How I wish that Ugandan schools, especially those from rural areas participate in this gigantic opportunity to become sustainable and self sufficient.
