This week, Kikaaya College School received another batch of 2,000 broiler chicks from Biyinzika Poultry Uganda Limited

The project is managed by our Senior Two students as part of practical agricultural learning. Beyond the classroom, students get hands-on experience in poultry management while producing food that supports the school community, including both students and staff.

At Kikaaya College School, we believe in learning by doing — practical skills, real responsibility, and knowledge that students can carry beyond school.

Maama Wange is a song by Kikaaya College School that highlights the important role, love, care, and creativity of mothers. The song was performed and acted out mainly by members of the Senior One (S1) class in July 2026, showcasing their appreciation for mothers and the invaluable contributions they make to families and society. The performance creatively expressed the sacrifices, guidance, and nurturing spirit of mothers through both singing and drama.

Yemulungi Joy, a senior One student, Brand Ambassador of Kikaaya College School, and Vice president of the Kikaaya College Media Club , visited the school's poultry project to learn more about the students' hands on agricultural activities. The visit highlighted the importance of practical learning, teamwork, and the valuable skills students gain through the poultry project.
