We congratulate Assistant Warden Hannington Agaba upon being awarded a Nalubale Medal at the 34th NRM/NRA Anniversary Celebrations in Ibanda District. Agaba put the lives of other first and saved people from being swept by floods in Bundibugyo. The Management of UWA also recognized his selfless act and promoted Agaba from Corporal to Assistant Warden.
