👑TALK TO OTHERS: Let an adult know what's going on.Parents,teachers and friends can help us deal with what's going on.
👑CONTROL YOUR ANGER:When bad things happen to you,sometimes you want revenge, but that's never a solution. Jesus said that revenge is wrong and nothing is gained by hating your enemies.
👑SEE THE GOOD IN THE SITUATION: When bad things happen, good things happen, too.Pay attention to how many friends and family help you through tough times.And that part will become a good thing.
