Our Mind Akii Academy girls proudly took part in the Queens of Chess Annual Championship.

Organised by Women Chess Association Uganda, the event champions the growth of chess among young girls and ladies - an inspiring cause we were honoured to support.

Throwback to a lesson that goes far beyond the classroom… 🤍

Our Golden Rule - “Treat others the way you want to be treated” - is not just something we say, it’s something we live. Through our Community Service Programme, our learners experience the true meaning of compassion: reaching out, giving, and connecting with those around us.

This past term, our Year 5 Charity Drive with the Triplets Ghetto Kids was a beautiful reminder of that spirit. From the joy of giving to the unforgettable energy brought by the Triplets Ghetto Kids dancers, every moment reflected hearts in action.

Because at the heart of it all, we are not just raising learners - we are nurturing kind, thoughtful changemakers.

From IGCSE and AS Art & Design masterpieces to the rhythm of rappers and the soul of vocalists…
from the quiet power of spoken word to the movement of dance and the magic of drama each moment unfolded into the next, each performance leaving the audience more in awe.

Poetry Evening was not just an event, but a living expression of energy, talent, and boundless creativity.

We are incredibly proud of our Secondary students and every hand that shaped this unforgettable evening.
