A new academic year begins long before the first learner walks through our gates.

The TNGS teachers have returned to campus for a purposeful season of reflection, collaboration, planning and professional learning - because excellence is built on intentionality and consistency.

This year's training sessions focused on The Learning Brain, equipping our teachers with practical insights into identifying key inhibitors to learning and understanding how best to overcome them.

We also took a deep dive into Bloom’s Taxonomy and the ‘TNGS way’ of AI integration in teaching and learning.

We believe that when educators continue to grow, the possibilities for students expand.

The classrooms are ready. The teachers are ready. And we cannot wait to welcome our students back on 25th August!

𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝟭𝟭 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧!

They did the coursework twice because the first version wasn’t it. They showed up to flipped classrooms having already done the reading, ran peer revision sessions when the syllabus got heavy, and still made it to duties, clubs and practice.

Many thanks to the teachers who stayed late, the parents who kept believing and students who kept turning up.

This is what a school looks like when everyone pulls in the same direction.

The Delta Class of 2026 achieved a 74% A*–D pass rate!

Behind that percentage, are students that kept on moving ANYWAY in spite of the late-night revisions nobody saw, the extra study time when motivation ran out, and the doubting voice that kept popping up, again and again.

Delta Class of 2026, you gave it your best anyway and here are the results to prove it. 🎓

From Nalubaale to the Nile and Kyoga, water runs deep through Buganda’s history, culture and identity. And for generations, rowing has been part of that story.

As we celebrate the Coronation of the Kabaka of Buganda, the Buganda Royal Regatta Finals - Empaka z’Amaato ga Kabaka - reminds us of this enduring connection between the Kingdom and her waters. 👑🚣🏾‍♂️

Now, together with , we are honoured to bring that spirit to the Uganda Rowing Beach Sprint Invitational.

Still buzzing from last week’s Checkpoint results - because our Year 6 and 9 students are proving why the TNGS journey builds champions from the ground up.

93.3% of Year 9 are tracking A*-C in the Cambridge Checkpoint 2026 - and here’s why that matters: Year 9 sits right before IGCSE, so this is basically a preview of exam-grade performance. Translation? Our Secondary students are building exactly the kind of momentum we love to see heading into IGCSE. 🎯

And it doesn’t start at Secondary - swipe to see our Year 6 stars holding their own too, with 96% tracking A*-C. The foundation is strong, and it shows. 💪

This is what the TNGS journey looks like: consistent, compounding excellence from Primary right through to Secondary.
