According to the chief guest Madam Betty Kagwa LC1 chairperson Ngyanda Namugongo .. ^50 pupils to graduate from nursery to Primary^ i congratulate you upon your succes and i wish you succes up to P7.. thanks the director for bringing the school to my constituency.. we have witnessed that the school is producing better citizens.. children of baby class are able to bake cakes.. middle class made juice. Others cells and cookies.. the pupils are being taught about the environment and this is good for them and us at large. There are 14 schools in the LC1 constituency and this is the betst there is. These teachers have taught in other great schools like Hillside, Gayaza and Budo.. i urge you parents to bring your children to this school and in boarding
section.

According to Director Othieno P. I thank God for keeping us alive and living today. Grateful to parents and neighbors for working together with us. Parents lets caution our children to be careful coz children are living recklessly e.g u find a child running away from the rain but they are not willing to give way to moving vehicles and bodabodas hence causing more accidents. We have the best teachers and am proud of them. The school is laying down a foundation for future leaders. Of late u find a university graduate who cannot write a letter and we want the children of this xul to be the right children of the future. Parents we call upon you to fight indiscipline of the children in the society away from xul. From next term pupils of P6 and P7 are to be in the boarding section for the improvement of better grades.. we call upon you parents to advice us on what to do when you see us going wrong. We are requesting parents that pupils from P5 onwards donot plate their hair. For noncitizens who study here we urge you to follow the laws of Uganda and we call upon your parents to enable that their children maintain the discipline.

1. I suggest the school introduces Scholarships so as to urge competition among pupils
2. I suggest that the school should label the property of the pupils
3. An issue about increament on book covers.
Answers.
1. Yes we Have scholarships in our school for the best performing students a bursary when they get 4 aggregates 3 terms consecutively and also those who get 4,5,6,7,8 are rewarded 5000 to 1000 shs for performance every term
2. Labelling of school requirementz and fees is being worked upon
3. Book covers and holiday package have been free but we are now charging 15000 due to economic situation in the country.
At the begining of the year we do recruitment of teachers and staff and we call upon those good tecahers to apply.

School fees has not been changed ... challenges faced include 1.low standard of living 2. Delay by parents to pay fees 3.People are taking life for granted ..... lets us take a keen eye on our selves coz we have a role to play coz one day we shall have to answer to God when we get there.

Dear Parents, Friends, Pupils and Staff of Namugongo view Pre and Primary school. This is to inform you all about the loss of the father of the School director Mr. Othieno Peter Suleigh. Whom was laid down to rest in peace. May his soul rest in peace. We send our sincere sorrowful gratitude to his family. May the almighty God grant you strength to deal with this.
