We hope to engage our clients as partners in their endeavors. Giving them the support they need so they can focus more on their own passions that drive the School. The only dropout prevention program that increases graduation rates and decreases dropout rates. What We Do
Dropping out of school spells economic disaster for young people. Our mission is to "Empower students to stay in school and achieve in life.VACCADAM Community Schools provides a comprehensive solution to the issues that place young people in jeopardy of dropping out. Effective Practices:
The Community Partnership School uses a child-centered approach to capitalize on the belief that all children are highly motivated and interested in learning. Teachers guide children through a learning process that allows them to pursue their individual talents and interests. They learn about respect and responsibility, as well as reading, writing and arithmetic. They learn to listen, share and cooperate – skills needed to succeed in the creative atmosphere of an independent school. The development of the child takes place through a range of hands-on activities, which are actually “work” for young children. Concurrently, books, computers, and other building blocks of learning are used to develop skills and create enough independence for children to act on their own ideas. In addition to it comprehensive daytime program, VACCADAM also offers an enriching weekend School Program, which runs Saturday from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. At the weekend School Program, learners are exposed to a variety of recreational, artistic, and academic activities, including:
