The pictures where taken Butambala Permaculture Learning Center "Hub Of FarmHands" ,a 22×60ft sq mini forest garden with the aim of regenerating soil that was once depleted ,community empowerment ,food security ,teamwork and restoration of ecosystem .Big up to SINA students from who volunteered during establishment phase ,community support who volunteered as well as PFAF UK who supported and guided the establishment and logistics.

Day #3 of Children Permaculture Holiday program

Observe and interact its intertwined with obtain a yield which encourages productivity in a regenerative way at he same time also enhances skills of multiplying plants whether by seeds, division or vegetatively. Children learnt how to multiply vetiver as part of the learning and also boosting their self esteem.

We made our own Jadam type of organic fertiliser that doubles as crop enhancer as well as soil conditioner. The goal is that we promote low cost agriculture and mitigate climate change while using native and indigenous knowledge as well as working harmoniously and mimick nature.

Being a women's month, in this poster you see women are dominating its simply because empowerment of women leads to educating a country.
