THE PURPOSE OF PRAYER
Bethren, the purpose of prayer is not to change God's mind. Rather, it is to align one's will with God's will.
Praying is intimate and when we pray, we are talking to the One who created us. Yet He will not answer prayers that aren’t advancing His divine plan for our lives.

A prayer made outside the will of God is a wasted prayer and brings no results.
“When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives ”(James 4:3).
God knows our motives when we ask for something. He won’t answer our prayers if those motives aren’t pure.
