بيان إدانة وشجب لاستهداف المدنيين وتصفيتهم ميدانياً في الفاشر.
ببالغ الأسى والحزن، يُدين مركز الفضاء المدني بأشد العبارات المجزرة البشعة التي ارتكبتها قوات تأسيس في مدينة الفاشر، والتي وثّقت هذه القوات نفسها جانباً منها بالصوت والصورة، في مشهد يعبّر عن الانهيار الكامل لكل القيم الإنسانية والاستخفاف التام بالقانون الدولي الإنساني.
إن ما جرى في الفاشر جريمة ضد الإنسانية استهدفت المدنيين العُزّل على أساس عرقي وجهوي، عبر القتل والحرق والاغتصاب والنهب والتهجير القسري.
يحمل مركز الفضاء المدني قوات تأسيس المسؤولية الكاملة عن هذه الجريمة، كما يحمل المسؤولية لكل من قدّم لها الغطاء السياسي أو العسكري أو حاول تبرير أفعالها . إنّ الصمت أو الحياد أمام هذه الجريمة هو تواطؤ أخلاقي وسياسي لا يقل خطراً عن الجريمة نفسها.
يطالب المركز الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الإفريقي وكل الآليات الدولية المعنية بحقوق الإنسان بالتحرك العاجل لحماية المدنيين، وفتح تحقيق مستقل في مجزرة الفاشر، وملاحقة الجناة وضمان عدم إفلاتهم من العقاب. كما يدعو كل القوى المدنية والسياسية السودانية إلى اتخاذ موقف وطني موحّد في إدانة هذه الجريمة .
كما يدعو مركز الفضاء المدني جميع أبناء وبنات الشعب السوداني، في الداخل والمهجر، إلى التضامن الشعبي الواسع مع ضحايا الفاشر، وإلى توثيق الجرائم، ودعم الناجين والنازحين، والمطالبة بالعدالة والمحاسبة دون تردد أو مساومة. فدماء الأبرياء مسؤولية جماعية، وصوت الشعب هو الحصن الأخير في وجه الإبادة والنسيان.
إن العدالة لضحايا الفاشر ليست مطلباً سياسياً، بل واجباً أخلاقياً وإنسانياً لا يسقط بالتقادم.

With profound sorrow and grief, Civic Space Center condemns in the strongest terms the horrific massacre perpetrated by the Tasis Forces in El Fasher, some of which were documented by these forces themselves with audio and video recordings. This act represents a complete collapse of all human values and a total disregard for international humanitarian law.
What occurred in El Fasher is a crime against humanity targeting unarmed civilians on ethnic and regional grounds, through murder, arson, r**e, looting, and forced displacement.
Civic Space Center holds the Tasis Forces fully responsible for this crime, as well as all those who provided them with political or military cover or attempted to justify their actions. Silence or neutrality in the face of this crime constitutes moral and political complicity no less dangerous than the crime itself.
The Center calls upon the United Nations, the African Union, and all relevant international human rights mechanisms to take immediate action to protect civilians, launch an independent investigation into the El Fasher massacre, and prosecute the perpetrators to ensure they do not escape punishment. It also calls upon all Sudanese civil and political forces to adopt a unified national stance in condemning this crime. Civic Space Center calls upon all sons and daughters of the Sudanese people, both at home and abroad, to show broad popular solidarity with the victims of El Fasher, to document the crimes, to support the survivors and displaced persons, and to demand justice and accountability without hesitation or compromise. The blood of the innocent is a collective responsibility, and the voice of the people is the last bulwark against genocide and oblivion.
Justice for the victims of El Fasher is not a political demand, but a moral and humanitarian duty that cannot be extinguished by the passage of time.
