MR CHARLES RWOMUSHANA,EXONERATE BANK OF UGANDA (BoU)WITH FACTS.
Mr.Charles Rwomushana,am one of your religious followers on all media platforms, but this time round, your approach in trying to exonerate BoU by distancing it from the cancer of illegal closure of 6 banks including Crane bank leaves a lot to be desired.
Bank of Uganda problems are mostly internally caused by poor management practices,of which are Stone Age period and which are conduits fraud!
TOP-BOTTOM APPROACH VS BOTTOM-UP
BoU uses Top-bottom approach which is a management system which observes only performance and not general economic trends and that is why the central bank has managers working on deceit.Because this approach is very simple and not data intensive as it was relevant only during American Independence in 1770s compared to modern bottom-up approach which is mathematical and observes performance.Actually most of the modern corporate world is being run on this bottom -up approach which seeks to identify who the customer is and devise strategies to satisfy all their customers/stakeholders.
It is this poor management approach used by the governor and his deputy which has become a breeding ground for impunity, arrogance and bureaucracy which eventually costed Crane bank Directors hence becoming victims of circumstances.
In a nutshell, when discussing this matter,we need to discuss this matter with sobriety and civility because it involves our investors who have dedicated all their life to develop Uganda.
We need to know that all international investors are already having interest in this and are watching if their Foreign Direct Investments will be safeguarded if public officials make mistakes. We therefore appeal to parliament and courts of law to help these two parties ie Crane bank Directors and BoU to drop their pride and negotiate a 50:50 compensation in order not to derail other investors from coming to beautiful country Uganda. Our youths for them want more investors to create jobs to improve their quality of life.

Youth Power Research Uganda, your only reliable youths advocacy group;Today September 18,2018 held a Press conference to thank the Auditor General,Mr.John Muwanga for releasing a 94 page report to parliament indicating that BoU made some flaws and didn’t follow right procedures in the closing of Crane Bank in 2016.As youths, this is the talk of town and the most trending story but not Bobi wine!We would like to thank government for empowering the Auditor General to be able to deliver his mandate as per the constitution. This has set precedent already as investors have an alternative to seek justice in case mafias defraud them their capital. The directors of former Crane Bank were tainted and considered incompetent due to the mistake of people in Central bank.Due to tainting of their name, our government lost about $10b USD in form of FDIs due to their business partners pulling out!As youths we lost jobs.Thank you Auditor General,Thank you the President of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta for terminating Ms Justine Bagyenda co
