Hi Mamababy, I need advice from mamas, I got a tear at the birth of my baby
It's now two weeks and the stitches are still visible
How long am I supposed to wait until they disappear or what can I do for them to disappear faster
I finished the drugs I was given and the midwife has told not to buy more
Currently am just using warm water mixed with salt
Help me ask my fellow mothers - LORNA

Hi Mamababy, I need some help from mamas. I gave birth 18months ago however, am struggling with my new weight. I can't come to terms with this extra weight. I have tried exercises, drank juices of all kinds, starved myself but it seems not to be going anywhere. Its beginning to depress me as I can't fit in my old clothes anymore. Pliz how can I cope with this new reality I need just some encouragement . - DEBBIE
