For you to achieve what you want this year you need to FOCUS. Let people know your focus and when they get to know it very well, they will also focus on your focus.
You can't think of all the things that you have to do the whole year at once at once instead you need to focus on one thing.work at work and play at play. If you need a promotion this year, focus on your job.
It takes alot of determination just to wake-up and you don't check your email and not to answer every phone call that come your way
Learn to be a minimalist. keep your eye 👁 on the target, keep on track 👣, because if you don't keep on track anything that comes your way can seem to talk up your mind.
If at all your FOCUS this year is to have apiece of land, focus set your savings right minimise on the things that a going to drive you away from your focus.
Choose your peer group well. Let go of friends that are going to gossip, every time parting, keeping in bars and those that are going to let you go into being a womaniser.

As much as some products might thrive without marketing research, their PLC is short lived.
A customer is afragile thing that you need not to take for granted.
Give not achance to a customer to realize how good your competition is cuz this is going to kill the journey of loyalty that your have forever worked on.
Customer always the king
It's not ethical at all to post a product that you want people to buy and don't talk about how much you want people to buy it.
Customers will never get to your inbox for a product they can get some where else with a price tag.
