We target all individuals whether advantaged or disadvantaged like violence affected Victims, Victims of child neglect, Orphans, Teenage mothers who have dropped out of school, Early Marriage Victims and Redundant Youths who might have lost hope to attain quality affordable education to make them self reliant rather than depend on hand outs as the norm has been.
