Coming in as the final voice for Season 5 Ladt Lecture is …..Dr. Bahati Hilda Sabiti, an alumnus of our mighty University and a mentor who speaks with the reality of the job market in her hands.
She has worked with employers, trained graduates, and witnessed the gap between academic confidence and workplace expectations.
Her session on “The Employers’ Mindset Today” gives students a rare chance to hear what interview panels never say out loud.
Thursday 13 November, 10am EAT ~~the session that ties everything together.
The series ends, but the lessons will follow you into every application, interview, and first day at work.

Ms. Kyosaba Winfred Biribonwa, Principal Counselling Psychologist at Kyambogo University, will co-host the conversation from the home ground.
