Our students have successfully completed the 6-day Bootcamp of the Stanbic Bank National Schools Championship. The bootcamp brought together 200 schools from all regions of Uganda in an intensive innovation and mentorship program where students showcased creative ideas, practical solutions, and working prototypes aimed at solving real community challenges.

This year’s bootcamp was organised under the theme:
“Flex Your Genius – Powering Innovation for Job Creation.”

As a school, we were represented by the following students:

1. Sande Ronald – S.4
2. Ssettimba Bashir – S.4
3. Ssekandi Neithan – S.4
4. Kisamba Charles – S.4

We congratulate our students upon their exceptional performance.
Their innovation and prototype titled “The Solar Smart Charging Hub” emerged 1st out of 52 schools from the Central Region and 4th out of 200 schools countrywide.

Our students have also been crowned Champions of the NEMA OZONE Layer Protection Innovation Challenge.

Ssekandi Neithan was awarded a prize of UGX 2,000,000/= as the overall winner, while Sande Ronald was awarded UGX 1,000,000/= as the second runner-up.

We were delighted to host a friendly football match between our school team and our Old Students (OBs). It was a great moment of interaction, teamwork, and shared memories.

This match is a true reflection that even after leaving school, the bond with our students remains strong. Our old students continue to be part of our community, and they are always welcome back home.

Moments like these inspire our current learners and strengthen the spirit of unity within our school.

Our Agriculture students actively participated in different practical activities in the school garden. Some learners were mulching and planting seeds in the nursery bed, learning how to properly prepare and care for young plants.
Others were involved in harvesting spinach, giving them hands-on experience in crop management and harvesting.

These activities help our learners develop practical agricultural skills while reinforcing what they learn in class.
