Members I Hope the reason as to why rugashali is ranked the worsed in primary perfomance also lies in having poor political idealogy, imargin see the likes of mutebire peter, juma simbiguya, and in fact the school owned by our district concillor HON Ndibwami B Yosia is the worsed school in kibaale can u imagin, kyabitundu primary sch is the worse in govnt aided sch imagin thats where mr ndibwami is born. this is therefore an indication that we lack political support in education. Members this stuation is alarming!
