Schoolf from Kabale to get delisted from receiving capitation grants with effect from January 2018 include: St. Johns SS Nyakigugwe, St. Johns SS Ikumba, Kakomo Sec Schho, Harambee Kaharo HIgh School, Muhanga Progressive Secondary School, Mugyera Secondary School, Buhara Secondary School and Nyamweru Secondary School- According the the Sunday Vision 20th Aug 2017. What will be the future of these school? Hope new strategies shall be improvised as we used to operate them before USE came. But where are they putting the 52 Billion shillings they used to give to those Schools?

Worries as Harambee Kaharo High school and many other schools from Kabale (PPP-Schools) implementing USE get delisted from the beneficiaries of USE capitation grants. Where is the money when diverted going? Some people earn more than 40 Million Shillings a Month excluding allowances but the gov't is envious of the 8 Million shillings in lieu of grants to the school benefiting more than 200 people???? What is your view as an OG/OB ?

Harambee Kaharo High school gets support from FAWE worth 10 Million to encourage a girl child in especially science subjects and close health gaps especially those related to menstruation. Bravo to the current leadership of the school for lobbying that support. Hope it will be used for the purpose. we cherish your contributions for the well being of the school.

Harambee -Kaharo High School started way back in 1997. Now 20 Years in existence, Have we achieved the mission that was set by the founder HECTOR SUTHERLAND (RIP).what is your view OGS and OBs?
