This morning, we hosted our annual new parents’ orientation for families whose children are joining the Primary and Secondary sections. The sessions provided an opportunity to share important information about our school, including our curriculum, programmes, and introduction of staff to them.

It was an awesome opportunity for the families to familiarize with our school's vision, values, and community, and most importantly exploring a new home that is committed to championing every student’s learning journey beyond horizons.

As part of our ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD) sessions, our staff completed an in-depth, hands-on First Aid training yesterday, facilitated by the expert medical team from Nile International Hospital.

This vital session focused on high-stakes emergency scenarios, equipping our team with critical skills including choking management, CPR, and drowning response.

They gained reinforced knowledge and the confidence to step in and save lives when it matters most, furthering our commitment to keeping safety our top most priority.

The session aimed at creating engaging, active classrooms for every student across all our three sections.

"Active learning is not about making lessons more entertaining. It is about designing learning experiences that require students to think, question, explain, connect, and reflect." - Priscila Perdomo, the session's facilitator highlighted.
