Today we held a successful ex*****on of the exercise to commission the S4 and S6 candidates. In all facets of description, the whole exercise was well conducted, well attended, well managed, and achieved its mission.

The good news for every parent is it works and here are some of the ways you can start putting it into practice:

As parents we often focus on our children’s bad behaviour and call it out. Encouraging good behaviour helps reduce the need for discipline.

Telling your child exactly what you want them to do is much more effective than telling them what not to do.
