🎓 A new engineering journey begins.

Meet BIP’s September BTEC cohort, now starting their programmes in Construction and Building, Welding and Metal Fabrication, Pipe Fitting and Fluid Mechanics, and Electrical Installations.

After completing their pre-course and foundation programme, their first official day included PPE, orientation, and an introduction to the training environment ahead.

We’re also proud to welcome more female students into our engineering programmes as this new cohort begins building the skills, confidence, and discipline needed for the journey ahead.

🏗️ From the classroom to real construction sites.

After completing Level 2 Construction and Building at BIP, Kisambira Iddi went on to gain experience as both a Site Supervisor and Mason.

Along the way, skills such as interpreting construction plans, communicating with teams and working practically on site have continued to shape his career.

His advice to students is simple:

“Stay persistent, be practical, love what you do, and do it with passion.”
