We are proud to announce to you that Credo Debating Club has won the Best Child Speaker prize award in the school debate competition organised in Gulu City on 15 Nov 2025

The theme of debating competition is:
"Unite and end digital violence against all women and girls"

The debating competition was organised by Justice Livelihood and Health organization in their campaigns around the country to end violence in the community through digital platforms

In Credo, our core mission is to promote holistic education by stimulating, identifying, nurturing and developing all talents in a child.

Dear Parents,

Congratulations for supporting and facilitating the Credo Chess Club and ensuring 10 Credonians participated in the Gulu University Chess Championship 2025 yesterday on Saturday, 1st Nov 2025.

We are so proud and wish to congratulate our student and new champion, Jennifer Nakayenze, who won the highest prize. And to all you parents and children, thank you for your participation.

Let us now all strive to win the national championship next year 2026.

Dear Parents,

During the week, our Credonians benefited from study tour at the Gulu Airport, Central Police Station and at the Octoberfest Event at Kaunda Grounds in Gulu City.

At the police station, they met with the DPC who conducted them around all the departments. At the airport, the students witnessed live inbound flight and were conducted around the the control tower and passenger lounges. They learnt abut passenger bookings, processing and boarding.

In Credo our mission is holistic education. We would like to thank teachers for their steadfastness and commitment and the parents for unwavering support.

Dear Parents,

Below is the link for the African Youth Scrabble championship competitition progress after 16 rounds currently ongoing in Nairobi, Kenya.

Our Ugandan contingents are doing well and getting fully exposed to very highly talented competitors from Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.

We really proud of our Credonian alumni, Pawat Liam, currently studying in Uganda Martyrs Namugongo SS who is in third position of Team Uganda.

Two more games remaining before they conclude the competition today.

We continue to cheer them for better results.

See attached the tentative results of the PANASA Scrabble competition in Nairobi.

Our Credonians are doing well and making us proud. So far six games played, 12 more to go.

Liam has registered 4 wins out of the 6 games played so far – an excellent performance! He is in position 31 out of 84, having played against a Kenyan, Nigerian and Ghanaians so far.

Josiah Deyo has secured 3 wins out of 6 games, plus 1 draw, giving him a total of 3½ wins. He stands at position 35 out of 84

We are also pleased to note that all our children have at least registered a win, which is a wonderful achievement considering the high level of competition.

It’s a big learning experience for our children, but they continue to raise our Ugandan flag with pride. are representing Uganda with pride.

Dear Parents,

Congratulations! The staff and management of Credo School is proud to announce that our Credo Scrabble Club has been selected by Uganda Primary School Sports Association in conjunction with Scrabble Association of Uganda(SAU) and Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) to participate in the 2nd Edition of Africa Youth Scrabble Championship in Nairobi, Kenya.

The competition organised by Pan African Scrabble Association (PANASA) from14-17 August 2025 will bring youths from all over Africa.

Our Credonians are privileged to be among 40 other students reprensenting Uganda, and they shall be flagged off by the National Council of Sports(NCS) at the MoES HQs in Kampala on 12th Aug 2025.

We pray for journey mercies and success for our young and talented competitors.
