Thinly sliced redpepper
Thinly sliced yellow pepper
Crushed garlic
Fennel seeds
Paprika
Chopped tomatoes
Fresh chicken stock
Freshly chopped oregano
Dark brown soft sugar
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Fusilli pasta
Serve the spicy ragout with the fusilli pasta and garnish with chopped oregano.
