One cannot talk about community transformation and forgets the role of education in community transformation. I strongly believe that value based education is a driving force to community transformation. As the scriptures are clear in psalms 127:3 that children are the heritage of the Lord so Heritage community school exists to offer value based education to the children from poor and low income families so rounding Busoga farmers Resource Center Namboote village, Namutumba District, Uganda. To complete the chain of transformation, for every child sponsored by this project a banana farm will started in his home and once the bananas start yielding some saving will be created out of the banana and after 7 years there will be some money to help the child go higher levels of education or a vocational training school. These kids will be coming from their homes so a monthly gift of $15 can help the school to cover one child.
