THE POWER OF USING SOCIAL NETWORKS TO MARKET AND PROMOTE GROWTH AMONG YOUTH

About a few days ago we had a Meet Greet and Mingle (MGM) of GUWNSAA SACCO Gulu residents headed by the MD Banio Luiji Nobert, Jolly Acha and Kayomtho Opio Pasquale from Public Relations Unit of the same organization at a dinner. We had fruitful discussions and realized that the one missing linkage of our friendship is the element of ubuntu in far as embracing and support systems for brand awareness and marketing of businesses, and skills sets are concerned.

Imagine if a team of 10 people with a following of 5000++ on various social media platforms and other avenues came together to disseminate information on an individual's brand. This would mean that 50,000 clients could be reached and the possibility of converting the prospects could give a big facelift to individual businesses. The good news about this is that it does not necessarily have to be a team of events promoters or influencers.
